Golden hour is my favorite—that’s the hour before sunset when the light is soft, warm, and absolutely beautiful. Early morning light is gorgeous too if you’re up for it! I try to avoid harsh midday sun when possible, but we can make any time work if needed. I’ll help you pick the best time based on your location and schedule.

You’ll get sneak peeks within 48 hours because I know you’re excited! Your full online gallery will be ready within 2-3 weeks. I know waiting is hard (trust me, I get it), but I promise it’s worth it to make sure every image is edited and looking its best.

I don’t sell prints directly, but you’ll receive full print release with your gallery so you can print your favorites wherever you’d like! I’m happy to send you recommendations for quality print labs I trust if you need suggestions on where to order.

Life happens, I get it! If you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as possible and we’ll find a new date that works—no fees, no stress. Your $100 retainer holds your new date. However, if you need to cancel entirely, the retainer is non-refundable as it reserves your spot and turns away other bookings. Weather cancellations (for outdoor sessions) are always rescheduled at no charge.

If the weather isn’t cooperating for your outdoor session, we’ll reschedule for a day that works for both of us—no extra fees, no stress. I always keep an eye on the forecast leading up to your session and will reach out if it looks like we need to make a change.

Absolutely! If you want to add extended family members or extra people beyond what’s typical for your session type, just let me know ahead of time. There’s no extra charge for a few additional people, but for larger groups we can chat about what makes the most sense.

I don’t offer raw files because the editing process is a huge part of my work and what makes your photos look polished and cohesive. What you’ll receive in your gallery are fully edited, high-resolution images ready to print and share. I promise you’re getting way more than enough photos—I go trigger-happy and can’t narrow things down easily!
