Your wedding date is officially yours once a $500 non-refundable retainer and signed contract are in place. The retainer goes toward your total investment, with the remaining balance due before your big day. Payment plans are available — let's find what works best for you.

What's your backup plan?
I always have backup equipment with me on wedding days (multiple camera bodies, lenses, and memory cards). In the unlikely event of an emergency or illness, I have a network of trusted professional photographers I can call on to ensure your day is still covered beautifully.
What's the booking process?
Fill out my contact form or email me with details about your wedding day—date, venue, what you’re envisioning. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours and we can chat through email about your plans and answer any questions. If we’re a good fit and you’re ready to book, you’ll sign a contract and pay a $500 retainer to secure your date. From there, we’ll stay in touch leading up to your big day for timeline planning and anything else you need!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I totally understand that wedding expenses add up. We can set up a payment plan that works for your budget—just let me know what you’re thinking and we’ll figure it out together.
What if we need to reschedule our wedding date?
I completely understand that plans change, especially with weddings. If you need to move your date, we’ll work together to find a new date that I’m available. Your retainer will transfer to the new date. If I’m not available for your new date or if you need to cancel entirely, the retainer is non-refundable as it reserves your date and turns away other bookings.

Yes! Timeline planning is included in all packages. I’ll help you create a realistic timeline that allows enough time for portraits, family photos, and all the key moments while keeping your day flowing smoothly. I’ve photographed enough weddings to know what works!
